The People’s Postbox was a response to Trump putting boots on USPS mailboxes + his tampering with the 2020 election. We don’t know how to fight politics, but we know how to write a letter. So, we recreated a 6 ft. x 4 ft. giant envelope, postmarked to Donald Trump, that doubled as a postbox. We got the envelopes, stamps, and voter registration forms on deck and handed them out to the people, placed outside of Ode to Babel in Brooklyn and The Layout at Fort Greene Park. Thank you to everyone that came by. Thank you to every postal worker that shows up every single day through rain, sleet, and snow.
